What is clothing store billing software?
Clothing store billing software bills garments, works out GST and keeps stock — for every size and colour separately. In Suiteloom a style is one item with its variants, each with its own price, stock and barcode, so the bill always says exactly what left the store and you always know what is left.
Built for clothing & fashion
The tools a clothing counter actually needs
Pick your business type when you sign up and all of this is ready from your first bill — nothing extra to buy.
One style, every size and colour
Pick a style’s sizes and colours and its variants are made for you. Each one carries its own price, stock and barcode, and colours show as real swatches.
- Stock per size and colour, per store
- Colour swatches instead of colour names
- Style number, material, fit and pattern
The barcode brings the exact piece
Scan a variant’s barcode and that size and colour is on the bill — no picking from a list. Offers on the style or its category apply by themselves.
- Each variant’s own barcode
- Percentage or flat-off offers by category
- Cash, card or UPI, or split across them
Your collection on the customer’s phone
Customers scan your store’s QR code and browse your collection with pictures, swatches and size charts, then send an order to pick up.
- Size charts as a picture or as text
- Every variant with its swatch
- Online payment if you switch it on
Returns without the back-and-forth
Find the original bill, pick what is coming back and refund by cash, card or UPI. The return is recorded against that bill.
- Against the original bill
- Refund by cash, card or UPI
- Every return in your reports

How do sizes and colours work in Suiteloom?
A style is one item with variants — for example sizes S to XL in three colours. Each variant has its own price, stock and barcode, and colours show as swatches.
Do I have to create every size and colour by hand?
No. Pick the sizes and colours a style comes in and its variants are made for you; then set their prices, barcodes and stock.
Can each size and colour have its own barcode?
Yes. Scanning a variant’s barcode puts that exact size and colour on the bill.
Can I show a size chart?
Yes. Attach a size chart to each style, as a picture or as text, for staff and for shoppers in your QR Shop.
How are returns handled?
Find the original bill, pick the items coming back and refund by cash, card or UPI. The return is recorded against that bill.
Can I see stock across my stores?
Yes. Each store keeps its own stock, and the owner sees every store’s stock — per size and colour — from one login.
Can I run a sale on a whole category?
Yes. Offers can apply to everything, to chosen items or to whole categories, as a percentage or a flat amount, with a minimum bill, a cap and start and end dates.
How is GST set on clothing?
Set the GST rate on each item. Every bill works out CGST and SGST, or IGST for a buyer from another state.
Can customers browse my collection online?
Yes. Your store’s QR Shop shows your items with pictures, swatches and size charts, and customers can order for pickup.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new business gets 14 days free with everything included, and no card is needed to start.
