How is Suiteloom priced?
Per outlet, per month, at the price for that outlet’s business type shown above, plus GST. It includes every feature for that trade, inventory included.
What if my outlets are different kinds of business?
Each outlet pays its own business type’s price. A grocery store and a café run by the same owner are billed as one grocery outlet and one restaurant outlet, on one bill.
What counts as an outlet?
Each shop, restaurant or branch you bill from. Each one has its own stock, prices and staff, and the owner sees them all from one login.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new business gets 14 days free with everything included. You don’t need a card to start.
What happens when the trial ends?
Add a payment method — a card or UPI Autopay — to carry on without a break. Your items, bills and settings stay as they are.
Is anything charged on top?
Only e-invoices, if you use them: each is charged per use, at the rate shown in your billing settings before you switch e-invoicing on.
Are there limits on bills, items or staff?
No. Bill as much as you sell, add as many items and customers as you have, and give every member of staff their own login.
Can I add or remove outlets later?
Yes. Add an outlet whenever you open one; you pay for the outlets you run.
Do online payments cost extra?
Suiteloom takes no cut of payments made through your own Razorpay account. Razorpay’s own fees apply.
