Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated 30 October 2026
Draft — pending legal review
This sets out how cancellation and refunds work today. The reviewed version published before general availability replaces it.
1. What you pay for
Suiteloom is priced per outlet per month, at the price for that outlet’s business type on the pricing page plus GST, billed monthly in advance by card or UPI Autopay. E-invoices, and any other per-use services you switch on, are charged per use, at the rates shown in your billing settings before you do. Suiteloom sells software only; nothing is shipped.
2. The free trial
Every new business gets 14 days free. Nothing is charged during the trial, and if you don’t add a payment method nothing is charged after it either — the account becomes read-only until you do.
3. Cancelling
- You can cancel any time from Settings › Billing, or by writing to us. There is no notice period and no fee.
- The service carries on until the end of the month you have already paid for; after that the account becomes read-only.
- Removing an outlet takes effect from the next month.
4. Refunds
- A month already started is not refunded in part.
- Per-use charges (e-invoices, messages) are not refunded once used.
- A charge made in error — paid twice, charged after you cancelled, or charged more than your plan — is refunded in full to the method it was paid with, within 7 working days of us confirming it.
5. Payments your customers make to you
Online payments from your customers (QR Shop, table QR) go straight into your own Razorpay account. Refunds of those are between you and your customer; Suiteloom sends the refunds your shop starts, but does not hold that money.
6. How to ask for a refund
Write to support@suiteloom.com from the email on your account, with the date and amount of the charge.
Suiteloom Technologies Private Limited, 2nd Floor, 14 Residency Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560025.
