QR code ordering lets customers scan a code at your counter or on a table, browse what you sell on their own phone and send an order — no app, no queue. In Suiteloom every outlet has a QR Shop for pickup orders and every restaurant table has its own QR link, and the orders arrive in the same app you bill from.

Do customers need to install an app?
No. The QR code opens your shop or menu in the phone’s browser.
Is QR ordering included in the price?
Yes. Every outlet gets a QR Shop, and every restaurant table its own QR link, at no extra cost.
How do I get the QR code for a table or my counter?
Each table and outlet has its own QR link in Suiteloom. Print it as a QR code and place it on the table or at the counter; reissue the link any time to retire an old code.
Can customers pay online?
Yes, once you connect your Razorpay account. For each outlet choose pay at the counter, pay online, or both.
Does Suiteloom take a commission on online payments?
No. Payments go straight to your own Razorpay account; Suiteloom takes no cut. Razorpay’s own fees apply.
Can I stop taking QR orders for a while?
Yes. Switch an outlet’s QR Shop off and customers see it is closed; table QR codes in a restaurant stay open for seated guests.
Is it delivery?
No. QR Shop orders are for pickup at the counter, and table orders are served at the table.
