Choosing your business type
Which business type should I choose?
The one closest to what you sell most. Not sure? General Retail fits any shop, and on a free demo we will show you which screens suit you.
Can one business run different trades?
Yes. Each outlet has its own business type, chosen when you add it, so a restaurant and a grocery store can run under one business and one login.
Can I change an outlet’s business type later?
No. An outlet keeps the type it was added with, because its items, units and screens are built for that trade. To run another trade, add an outlet for it.
Does every business type cost the same?
No. Each business type has its own monthly price per outlet, listed on the pricing page, and it includes everything built for that trade. An outlet pays its own type’s price.
