What is electronics shop billing software?
Electronics shop billing software bills devices and accessories, works out GST and keeps stock by model. Suiteloom adds what electronics and mobile shops need: storage, colour or capacity as variants of one model, the warranty printed on the receipt with its end date, quotations that become bills, and B2B invoices with e-invoicing for business buyers.
Built for electronics & mobiles
The tools an electronics counter actually needs
Pick your business type when you sign up and all of this is ready from your first bill — nothing extra to buy.
The warranty, printed on the bill
Set each item’s warranty in months and whether the brand or your shop gives it. Every receipt shows it with the date it runs until — so the customer knows, and so do you.
- Brand or shop warranty
- The end date worked out for you
- On every receipt
Invoices business buyers can claim credit on
Add the buyer’s GSTIN and the invoice is issued to their business, with CGST and SGST or IGST worked out from their state. Above the e-invoice limit, generate the IRN without leaving Suiteloom.
- The buyer’s state read from the GSTIN
- HSN and taxable value on every line
- IRN and acknowledgement saved with the invoice
Quote first, bill when they are ready
Make a quotation with your best price and email it to the customer. When they come back, turn it into a bill at the quoted prices in one step.
- Emailed to the customer
- Converted to a bill at the quoted prices
- Every quotation in your reports
Every model, every variant, every store
Storage, colour or capacity as variants of one model, each with its own price, stock and model number — and the specifications staff need to answer questions.
- Stock per variant, per store
- Specifications kept with the item
- A full history of every stock change

FAQ
Electronics billing FAQ
What electronics owners ask us most before they switch to Suiteloom.
Something else? support@suiteloom.com
Does the warranty print on the bill?
Yes. Set each item’s warranty in months and who gives it — the brand or your shop — and the receipt shows it with the date it runs until.
Can I give B2B GST invoices?
Yes. Add the buyer’s GSTIN to the bill and the invoice is issued to the business, with CGST and SGST or IGST worked out from the buyer’s state.
Does Suiteloom support e-invoicing?
Yes. If your turnover requires e-invoicing, switch it on and generate IRNs for your B2B invoices from Suiteloom. E-invoices are charged per use.
Can I send a quotation first?
Yes. Make a quotation, email it to the customer, and convert it into a bill at the quoted prices when they come back.
Can I keep phone models with different storage and colours?
Yes. Each model is one item with variants — storage, colour or capacity — and every variant has its own price, model number, barcode and stock.
Can I record IMEI or serial numbers?
Yes, on the bill. Switch on “Ask for IMEI / serial when selling” for an item and the till asks for each unit’s IMEI (or serial number) — scan it or type it. It prints on the invoice with the warranty date, and you can find the bill later by searching for it. Stock is still counted per variant, not per unit.
Can I record card payments?
Yes. Record card, cash and UPI payments — or split one bill across them — and see every method in the day’s summary.
Can different stores have different prices?
Yes. An item can have its own price at each outlet, and each outlet keeps its own stock.
Where do I keep product specifications?
In each item’s details, so staff can read them at the counter.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new business gets 14 days free with everything included, and no card is needed to start.
